2 usefull shortcuts when working with virtual or remote machines

For remote desktop - Ctrl + Alt + Brake - escape the the full screen from the remote desktop than Alt + Tab will switch the windows on your current Windows

For Oracle Virtual Box - Right Ctrl will release the keyboard capture from the virtual guest than Alt + Tab will switch the windows on your current Windows
