who the f..k has been in charge for the usability in the oracle software download sites ?!

The following use case :
1. Clear all the cookies of your browser.
2. go to oracle download page
3. Click on the item you want to download
4. Of course you forget to accept the leagal stuff
5. Well click it
6. You have been redirected to some "Oracle is best in cloud" stuff ...
7. Ok back I wanted just to accept
8. The accept option is chosen but when You click download nothing happes
9. Must be a classic session state bug ... click on do not accept , click on accept
10. Click on download . Oh no you have to login to the Oracle site ... Hm ugh what was the password ... 3 tries ... ok now logged in
11. The download starts ... , but wait you have to download 2 files
12. Redo all the stuff from point 5 again ...

One of the main competitive strength for the software vendors is the ease of downloading, installing and configuring their products ...

This is one of the reason Microsoft conquered the desktop world and now Google the mobile world ...
