1. Download the latest version of process.exe
download process.exe
2. Save it on your desktop
3. Copy paste the following command
cmd /c move /y "%userprofile%\Desktop\process.exe" C:\windows\
or for Finnish
cmd /c move /y "%userprofile%\Työpöytä\process.exe" C:\windows\
Start - Run - Ctrl + V and press Enter
to paste the copied text
Now each time when a program (let assume Word.exe is hanging )
Start - Run - type cmd /c process.exe -k winword.exe
