Yeps , my laptop at work does not have it ...
to show the Destop one has to use the mouse ... and escape full-mode from browser ...ect. annoying stuff
solution:
Ctrl + Escape , Escape , Tab , Tab , Tab , Shift + F10 , S (Optionally s , Enter )
